Send us three photos at different angles of the defective sheet and 3 more photos of the packaging to hola@printworkersbarcelona.com, and by email we will indicate the process to follow so we can pick it up at no cost to you.
We will make sure to send you another piece of the same edition once we receive the sheet in poor condition. Without aditional costs. If we do not have another piece of the same edition you can buy another sheet of the same value.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not requested, please contact hola@printworkersbarcelona.com. Send us a picture of the sheet to hola@printworkersbarcelona.com, and we will make sure to send you another immediately. No additional cost, of course.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Paypal.

For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
Your card can be rejected for one of the following reasons:

  • The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • The limit of the card may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.

PRICES

Our prices always include the Value Added Tax (VAT), but do not include other taxes such as tariffs or fees that the receiving country can apply according to its customs regulations.

What should I do to give the item back?

ACADEMY WORKSHOPS: REFUNDS AND CHANGES OF DATE

In no case refunds are made once the reservation of the place becomes effective. With the logical exception of the cancellation of the course for lack of minimum assistants or impossibility by the teacher. In this case, if the student wishes, the net amount of the course will be reimbursed (without considering bank fees or other possible expenses that the student may have had) in the current account indicated by the student.

Once the effective reservation of your place has been made; changes of the date will only be allowed by the student if there is a notice of at least 1 week in advance by the student. In case the notice of cancellation does not meet that period of 1 week in advance the student will lose his place and the amount of it. Likewise, Print Workers Barcelona undertakes to notify with a minimum of three days in advance in case there is a last minute change in the date of the course.

 

STUDIO: EXPIRATION, CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES

The Workshop Bonus expires once the date of its validity is exceeded from its date of purchase and / or when the stamping days of each bond are consumed. For example: the Weekdays Lover Bonus expires 2 months after its acquisition and / or when the 3 half days of printing are consumed.

The Discount Print Bonus / Refresh Lover also expires 2 months after its acquisition. In the event that this Discount Print / Refresh Lover Bonus has not been used in its Workshop Use as a Weekdays Lover Bonus, but in its aspect of the Introduction to Serigraphy Workshop, Print Workers Barcelona will extend the validity of the Bonus by 1 month. but losing the price offer. In this way the Lover, user of Workshop, will have to pay the difference of price with respect to the normal price of sale to use his bonus. In this case you will have to pay € 15 to be already a member of the Academy (with the right to a discount of € 10) to be able to use the bonus.
The Workshop use days are reserved in advance by email to hola@printworkersbarcelona.com. In the event that the lover does not make use of a previously reserved day this day will be subtracted from the count of available days of the bonus. If the Lover cancels the reservation with an advance of 1 week the day will still be valid as long as it is consumed within a period of 1 week from the date previously reserved and canceled.

Likewise, Print Workers Barcelona undertakes to notify at least three days in advance in case there is a last minute change on the reserved date of workshop use.
